Jamie entered the corporate finance and investment banking industry in the early 1980s, and worked at Pemberton Securities, RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities prior to joining Capital West. At TD Securities he was head of Investment Banking and Corporate Credit for British Columbia.

Jamie has led hundreds of transactions to successful completion including M&As, IPOs, private equity issues, debt financings and numerous other advisory assignments.

Jamie is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA, a Chartered Professional Accountant, CMA and a retired Chartered Business Valuator. He serves, or has served, on several non profit and corporate boards.
