Shannon Walker Joins Capital West as Senior Advisor – Business Services / Software

We are excited to welcome Shannon Walker to the Capital West team as a Senior Advisor, with a focus on Business Services / Software.  Shannon is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, with 30+ years of experience in leadership roles for business services companies, with expertise in software, financial services and governance, risk and compliance (“GRC”).  She has a demonstrated track record in successfully scaling businesses, driving growth and executing strategic M&A transactions.

Shannon founded WhistleBlower Security, a leading provider of ethics and compliance case management software and telephone hotline services to corporations, government organizations and not-for-profit enterprises worldwide.  Under her leadership, the business grew exponentially and was recently acquired by a private equity backed industry player, CaseIQ.  Shannon was also President of the Walker Group, owner of numerous businesses including a leading distributor of warranties and related products to dealers and retailers in the automotive, appliance, furniture and electronics sectors, which was sold to iA Financial Group.
