Carson Air, a leading provider of fixed-wing air ambulance services, air cargo services, and flight school training in Western Canada, has obtained a strategic investment from Wynnchurch Capital.
Wynnchurch Capital is a private equity firm with offices in Chicago, Toronto, and Detroit, managing $2.3 billion in capital.
In this transaction, Capital West Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Carson Air.
