Fred Deeley Imports, operating as Deeley Harley-Davidson Canada (“Deeley”), the exclusive distributor of Harley-Davidson’s products to independently owned dealers in Canada for the last 43 years, has sold its assets to Harley-Davidson.
Harley-Davidson, a NYSE-listed Fortune 500 company, is a global producer of motorcycles and related parts and accessories. As part of its global strategy, Harley Davidson has been transitioning from independent regional distributors to direct distribution of its products to its dealers.
