Based in Port Moody, BC, Tidal Transport Group is a diversified marine services provider with several separate operating entities. In 2017, SSA Marine acquired an initial 50% interest in Tidal Transport Group, which strengthened both companies’ operations and services delivery across BC. In June 2024, SSA Marine acquired the remaining 50% of Tidal Transport Group.
SSA Marine is a leading logistics provider based in North Vancouver, BC. Combined with its parent company, Carrix, SSA Marine has over 250 marine terminal facilities globally.
