Chris Haughn – Senior Vice President
Chris joined Capital West in 2021 and has made an immediate and substantial impact on Capital West since his move from Calgary. Chris brings nine years of broad M&A and capital markets experience, including four years at JP Morgan where he executed over $10 billion in M&A and strategic financing mandates across various industries. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a MBA from the University of Calgary. Congratulations Chris!
Roneil Gounder – Vice President
Roneil joined Capital West in 2018 and has been a major contributor to our team on many M&A transactions and other key initiatives. Prior to joining us, he had five years of experience working at national accounting firms where he provided M&A and assurance services to mid-market clients across a broad range of sectors. Roneil is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is pursuing the Chartered Business Valuation designation. Congratulations Roneil!
